• Automated appointment scheduling and CRM integration
• SMS and email follow-up automation
• Lead capture and qualification workflows
• Ongoing system management and optimization

By providing your mobile phone number to Connectors LLC — whether through a web form, verbal consent, or written agreement — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us or on behalf of our clients, which may include:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders
• Follow-up messages related to service inquiries
• Promotional or marketing messages (only where explicitly opted in)
• Automated messages sent via AI-powered communication systems

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems
• Harvest or collect personal information about other users without consent

All content on our website and within our service systems — including text, graphics, logos, software, AI agent configurations, and workflow designs — is the property of Connectors LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-powered systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs, and we do not guarantee specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connectors LLC and its members, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total fees paid by you to Connectors LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Connectors LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Our services integrate with and rely on third-party platforms including, but not limited to, GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Retell AI (voice agent infrastructure), Twilio (telephony and SMS), and n8n (workflow automation). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Connectors LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, or data practices of any third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
